Great job security and work-life balance

We want you to be able to work within a reasonable distance of your home. We want you to have a long, stable career with us, where you have opportunities to earn and progress while having a great work-life balance.

We want you to have a routine that allows you to go to the gym, see your kids playing football and enjoy the things that working away stops you doing. At the same time, there are opportunities to put in overtime and earn more when we need to ramp up our output.

The big difference between us and other modular contractors is that we have that pipeline of work through our partnership with Reds10. While some construction industry roles can be unstable, we have a full order book and our projects planned for the next five years.

Want to work for a business that prioritises your safety?

Four great reasons to work for Enlight10

Work-life balance

Spending time with your family during the week can be a rarity if you work away. Not if you work for Enlight10.

Early Friday finish

Pick the kids up from school, do your weekly shop or hit the beer garden. What will you do with your Friday afternoon?

One work location

Employees working in our factories commute to the same place every day, allowing you to establish a regular routine.

Job security

We have projects lined up for the next five years, giving you certainty in what can be an unpredictable industry.

Training and development

Career progression is important to us. We want our people to be educated and upskilled, growing as our business expands. We take on apprentices every year in a variety of roles, funding their programme and supporting them through to qualification.

Aside from apprenticeships, we will fund your CSCS card if you don’t already have one. We support our people to complete first aid training, electrical design courses, management development and more.

We hold six-monthly reviews with our employees, which is your chance to talk about your short and long-term aspirations and any training and development you may require.
