At Enlight10, we believe great engineering is about more than systems and specs — it’s about people, partnerships, and getting the details right. Our recent project at Trenchard Base brought that approach to life.
The project involved the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation across two new SLA accommodation blocks, delivering 82 modern rooms to support life on the base. More than increasing capacity, the focus was on creating high-quality living spaces delivered efficiently and ready for immediate use.
A key challenge was building new relationships with the client team while adapting to minor design changes and specific requirements that differed from previous schemes. This demanded flexibility, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset – reinforcing that strong relationships are just as important as technical expertise.
Across both buildings, improvements in installation quality and delivery time were clear as the project progressed. Doing things better and faster is something we’re proud of and reflects a team committed to learning, collaboration, and raising the standard with every project.
