We designed and delivered a full MEP package for a high-performance, low-carbon school, incorporating a fabric-first approach, air source heat pumps, and 10,000 sq ft of solar PV to achieve Net Zero regulated energy performance.
The scheme also included specialist teaching spaces, staff facilities, and outdoor sports areas – all carefully integrated within a sensitive site, protecting adjacent ancient woodland and aligning with existing access routes.
With compressed timelines, evolving design requirements, and strict education compliance standards, the project demanded precision, adaptability, and close coordination across all teams.
Delivered on programme, the project reinforced Enlight10’s capability to execute complex, fast-track education schemes without compromising on quality or sustainability.
After two years in temporary tents, staff and students finally returned to a space built for learning. On handover day, the emotional response from teachers said it all – a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
