From a vision to victory
Just over two years ago, Enlight10 was an idea. Today, we’re a leading force in modular M&E engineering. What started as a bold vision is now a driven team transforming how buildings are constructed. From tight deadlines to complex installs, we’ve delivered with precision, purpose, and pride… always safely, always sustainably.
Over the past year, our team has nearly doubled, now standing just shy of 50 strong. Alongside this growth, we’ve earned key industry accreditations including NICEIC and ISO 45001- reflecting our unwavering commitment to health and safety.
Project spotlight: Sandhurst
One of the standout moments in our journey so far has been our successful delivery of the MEP installation at the prestigious Sandhurst military academy – the UK’s elite training ground for officers, including members of the royal family.
This marked Enlight10’s first completed Single Living Accommodation (SLA) project, involving both junior and senior blocks comprising 66 and 53 rooms respectively. Our scope covered full mechanical, electrical, and HVAC services, along with specialist installations such as life safety systems (emergency lighting, fire alarms, and disabled refuge), lightning protection, PA systems, and photovoltaic (PV) systems.
Led by Project Manager Kamal Whittington-Vaughn and Site Manager David Gibbs, the project brought together around 30 team members including our trusted subcontractors: Philip Coles Plumbing, Principle HVAC Mechanical, Henderson FM, Ventilux, Independent Energy Group, and Central High Rise.
With so many stakeholders on site, coordination across trades posed the biggest challenge – but it was also a testament to our team’s professionalism and problem-solving ability. One key learning from this project was the importance of streamlining communication and sequencing tasks for smoother execution.
Sandhurst was more than just a project – it was a milestone in quality, teamwork, and community impact.
Final thoughts
We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come – and even prouder of the team that’s helped us get here. Every single person at Enlight10 has played a vital role in shaping who we are today, and their impact can be felt in everything we do. There have been plenty of challenges, but this where our team thrives, approaching each one with sharp thinking, steady hands, and a meticulous approach.
With a solid pipeline of work lined up, we’re looking forward to building on our momentum and continue growing from strength to strength.
