Main purpose of the role/Key objectives
To assist and support an assortment of electrical installations across site.
Accountabilities
- Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P
- Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
- Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process
- Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately
- Comply with all Enlight10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.
Roles and responsibilities
- Take guidance from the Site management team to install to the highest standards and regulations
- Assist in the production of high-quality components
- Use hand and power tools to shape, cut and assemble wood components
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager
Key Skills
- Previous experience of CMS, Wiring and lighting installations
- Demonstratable problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
